@@KingPandaTVOfficial agree, we need to educate al lot of people about EV especially we are fossil fuel dependent country and we don't produce such fuels here. Converting to EV is very good for the country because it saves the Philippines government of paying in USDollars. The good thing is the government is working on a 50% RE dependence. Nuclear should is something is something we must adopt but at the moment its all talk and internal manuevering by the Aboitiz group. SOKOR has already a proposal to restart the BNP anytime but SOB biases are derailing it.

Zeekr is one of the better Chinese car in the market and i would agree that is a good premium EV. What i dont understand is that these local distributors price these EV 100% to 150% above the retail price you buy from China. And we must note that these EV cars have a ZERO excise tax. And please spare me the lesson of local overhead. Import shipping cost is only around US$4000 at the most and most of these distributors apply with the BOI and apply the CREATE law. These local distributors are making a big money selling these cars in the Philippines. Hopefully someone looks into these. If these are assembled here, then the more i will appreciate these vehicles.
