Mark, just found your channel the other day. As a 33 year old family man in the process of taking my health seriously for the first time since my college sports days (and with lots of weight to drop since then), you are an absolute inspiration. Thank you for doing this, I cannot express how much I enjoy these videos, seeing your hard-earned success, and how much it then motivates me to push for the same.

@@MarkLewisfitness This is super encouraging cause sometimes I felt like 33 was late in the game so I love hearing it’s not.

I audibly laughed out loud when you said the new plan. I think you coin that and make a shirt! Great sprint and congrats on the first podium. 👏

This is possibly becoming my favourite you tube channel 😆. Brilliant. The creaking from the bike sounds very much like it could just be the cleats on the pedals. Worth a quick look. I use look keo’s and they make a very similar noise. Keo’s are notorious for it.

Nice vlog very informative! Though I love the chat on your zwift race. "Yes balls are shaved thank you for asking" I died when I saw that lmao.

Love the channel Mark. Very funny and interesting. I'm still in the honeymoon phase with Zwift after 10 months. Tried racing in October and now hooked. Having a similar experience and find your reactions and commentary very entertaining. Look forward to more.

Glad you made some good improvements! Congrats! I did the TEAM VEGAN Tofu Tornado Race saturday morning in B, the first race in the last 6 months, felt very difficult but what helped me a lot is proper warming up. Take care

Sub hour alpe should be around 3.2-ish wkg, depends slightly on the frame, wheels set and draft you may get up there. Looking forward to the Rocker Plate video!

Got the same brain issue when I go uphills on Zwift with TR. Why don’t you make an announcement or create a Alpe du Zwift event, make it a group ride 😉
@cyclingboss4693 жыл бұрын
I also let my mind get in the way when going uphill in Zwift but TR is controlling the trainer. Our minds works in crazy ways.

@@MarkLewisfitness Make sure to grab your lightweight frame and wheelset, you don't want to be on a heavier aero set up for that climb. Tarmac Pro and Enve 3.4 pr similar if you have access.

Anyone else see the Zwift chat at 2.25??😂

Zwiftinsider is your friend. You'll want to know which frames and wheels to buy to give you that 0.0001 sec advantage in a race! Every 0.0001 counts :p Now for what matters. Why on earth do you train indoor with a thermal shirt and gloves?!? That cannot be of any help (training wise, seriously!). Please tell me you have a fan on!! I've been trying to hook TR (or xert) and have zwift just read power and NOT control the trainer. CAn you pop up a video explaining that?
