Can you use charcoal jiko?Did you sieve the flour?

1. I mixed it all. Watch while looking at the screen 2. I don't know how long a jiko would take for the same quantity but if you are well versed with using one for baking, go ahead. Outcome will vary though

Thanks for your compliment and I'm happy you're loving my vids❤🌼 Adding a fruit will alter the density of the batter, the outcome, the taste, the feel- and no, a fruit CANNOT under any circumstance replace sugar in this cake recipe. Seriously I am getting anxiety just thinking about it😰 - do not substitute sugar with any fruit. You will be making something different all together. It will not work. Maybe dates could work, but still, it will not and cannot taste the same since a major ingredient has been swapped. Baking is a science, you cannot just swap things and expect the same result. You must follow instructions to the letter. Icing cannot be icing without icing sugar. Its like asking "i want to make ugali, but without maize flour or millet flour . What can I use?" If you want what you make to look, feel and taste as mine does, follow my instructions to the letter. Baking in a science.

@Sessi Wanku ANY substitute of sugar will alter the entire taste/texture/feel. Use stevia if you want but be prepared to get a completely different result from my recipe. Even the frosting won't taste the same because cream cheese is sour and stevia will not fix that. Use substitutes at at your own risk and prepare yourself mentally for a result different from mine

Use this recipe EXACTLY as it is. Even if you use butter (which will change the outcome) it will be like 2 cups of butter. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use the recipe as is. If you decide to change things, just know it will NOT turn out the same or taste the same. Ruin it at your own risk

All carrefours i go to stock cream cheese. The Tuskys I go to always has too and I shop there too. Zucchini stocks some as well. If the Tuskys near your home is a small one- then highly likely it will not have
