Wow you're just like me, iam using Roland and Zhao yun, but presently i didnot developed Roland like cultivating and specialities So untill then going with martinus and Roland But in future i will use Roland and Zhao yun

I use Martinus as main and Roland as assistant, from what i understand is a pretty bad combo, i would like to change to Roland but i already have a red star on Martinus, is there any other combo for Martinus to get the march size bigger?

Maybe a stupid question. How have you calculated the buffs from percentages? A fully ascended Roland has an attack buff of 60%, yet on your spreadsheet its 115?

Can you please check Maximillian lead with Custer assistant. The reason I ask is because of Maximillian Ascension which gives March increase. I think that getting him to 8 stars is not unreasonable. We can then put the March book on Custer

That's the hole point of the video. Don't guide yourself on debuffs or other skills. We rather have more march size. Max + Mordred have only a 26% march size buff including the skill book bucause Mordred gives you none as assistant.

What are your thoughts/stats on a Roland & Mordred? Roland is easy to get pieces for to ascend and Mordred has solid stats.

I have the stats for that combo and it's very decent. The problem is with Mordred's lack of march size as assistant.

I only have Hannibal and bought Maximillan for just to have a decent asst. for him. Although I still not sure on what I'm doing, any advice?

Hi. It's simple really. Use Hannibal and Max until you reach keep 35. Don't invest any blood of Ares or runestones in them. Keep it simple. After keep 35 it gets hard to gain buff % so by then you'll hopefuly have a better pair to work with like Roland and Zhao Yun.

I have hannibal and want to use him as main, i have Aethelflaed and Theodora usable as sub. This would be for monster hunt primary and secondary for pvp. Any tips, feedback, and any f2p assitants would be welcomed!

Hannibal is decent and a good choice for monsters. I use Caesar + Theodora because of the double drop buffs. I would use Theodora, Baibars or Nathanael Greene as assistants unless you are rallying big monsters and need the extra punch. Aethelflaed also makes a good monster main and also has that double drop buff I like.

Hannibal with Li Naomasa is a unique pairing that sacrifices a little extra attack on the assistant for a massive advantage with HP

Again, the point of the video is to show you that other skills or debuffs are not as important as march size. Hannibal + Li Naomasa is a very bad combo for march size. Together they only give you 8% march size but only when you are starting a rally. To clear my point, yes, you get a very good HP buff from this combo, but your march size sucks. What do you rather have? 1m troops with 25% more buff on HP or 1.15m troops with less HP buff?

Li Naomasa is also a terrible choice as he can't take the mounted troop attack or hp book.

Roland work only for attack, not offensively and defensively

Again, the game suffers from permanent updates and at the time the video was made, Roland was for attack and defense. Now, at the time of this comment, he's 'an 'Atack mainly'' general. Probably Evony realized about the great general they gave for free and changed it so p2p players wouldn't complain.

Roland and Zhao are still a very strong combo, if not the strongest combo for mounted attack. Unfortunatelly Evony changed Roland's skills to work "when attacking". So if you dont need to reinforce or defende much with your mounted march then this combo is still a very solid choice

1. I see you have Roland's buffs as active during attack and defence, but his buffs apply when attacking only. Meanwhile, you have Hannibal as attacking only, but his buffs are active both in defence and attack. 2. Adding the level 4 march size buff to Barbarossa will not cancel out his main skill. 3. Where can one access this spreadsheet? I'd like to compare Roland working with Prince Eugene.

Yeah, unfortunatly the game changes and with the last update the f--ed up Roland and he's an attack only general now.

Not too expensive. I have 6 star gen in my farm. Just make sure to do it during trial of knights event so you can get the rewards and don’t do a little at a time but save up and do the whole 6th star at same time and you’ll get great rewards in the trial of knight event

The you get an "attack mainly gereral" main general with a mediocre assistant with no march size buff.

Octavius is missing from your spreadsheet. Is there a reason for that? He is powerful and I find he actually works well as Martinus's assistant once Martinus is maxed out.

@@forrestdewitt6979 Gaius Octavius is very decent. I only added the top know mounted generals to my sheet. I'll check him as main and assistant and i'll let you know how he does as assistant with Martinus. They would definitely be an "attack mainly" combo tho which is why I alway seam to go with Roland + Zhao

all guys tottaly wrong because they can't convert march size to camparing % of attack, def, hp while there is formula for that, Derrick Defles foung it but made smal mistake but best way to go, Rolland-Zhao best pair for F2P
