Best exercises to unicycle backwards!

Riding backwards on a unicycle isn't so bad. If you can ride forward, you can ride backwards, with just some small tweaks.

I ride a 32 inch unicycle every day and i can ride forward forever... like until i get rubbed raw. I want to learn to idle so bad! Id love to be able to idle at cross walks and just in general. Thanks for the tips ill be doing unicycle training with the mini me tomorrow she is only six but she also wants to learn to idle so tomorrow we fall together. Again thanks for the tips
