In this video, I talk about how I choose my expiration dates when I sell covered calls.
I do a comparison among short, medium, and long-term expiration dates and we see which ones are usually optimal.
Again, these are guidelines and not hard set rules, so make sure to see what fits your portfolio the best and what you're most comfortable with.
And yes, I usually favor the 30-45 DTE contracts!
