Today I’m sharing what I consider to be the best eye drops for red eyes. This video, like all our vids, is meant to help you in a hurry, in this case if you have red eyes. Sometimes red eyes happen due to an allergy or because it’s allergy season, or sometimes you might be suffering from mild or episodic dry eye symptoms, like after a long day on the computer.
The information you truly need is to understand why your eyes are red . . . so you can handle the situation permanently. If your symptoms persist, be sure to see your eye doctor, because no matter how wonderful the best eye drops are, they cannot fix certain problems. So let’s get started . . .

First let’s talk Lifestyle! Whether it is Dry Eye or allergies - lifestyle affects it all. So let’s get into it a bit. When you have redness and irritation with her it’s from allergies or Dry Eye there are also some easy lifestyle modifications you can make that will help your symptoms as well.
1. Omega 3 supplement (Eye Love has one!)
2. Remove makeup at night.
3. Good diet
4. Avoid blowing air
5. Increase humidity
6. Nighttime eye shields (Eye Eco)
7. Moisture chamber goggles
Allergy - You might be suffering from allergies if you have redness in the presence of itching. Commonly, you’ll notice these types of symptoms in the spring and fall or if you’ve been around an animal you have an allergy to.
My tips: 1. Cool compress mask, 2. Wash your face, 3. Protective eyewear
Dry Eye - When your redness and irritation is due to Dry Eye, it is very important to get to the bottom of your dry eye symptoms. I would always recommend seeing a dry eye specialist so that you can have a tailored treatment plan.
1. Examine your skincare and makeup routine and eliminate irritating ingredients
2. Remove any drops and ointments that have BAK
3. Warm compress mask
4. Lid scrubs
5. Hypochlorous acid
6. Nighttime ointment
