Outstanding Paul . This video is all the information needed. I’d add that people select a 20 ingredient list . Pin it down 3 Breakfasts 5 Lunches 5 Dinners 3 Desserts (treats) 4 snacks . Count the calories on an app for those ingredients. 10k Steps a day in key 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ Love the channel

We all live under the same societal governments but some of us still manage to look good and be healthy no matter what our circumstance or income bracket. That's personal choice of habits and lifestyle, not the government. You are so right, there I was getting angry that I just can't give up diet sodas and that it's all the government's fault and Big Business behind all our food choices. No it's not THANK YOU people give up diet soda everyday its like smoking you just have to want to give it up more than doing it. I just started an abs routine and WOW SUDDENLY my gut doesn't like getting bloated from soft drink anymore that's for sure so we'll see which one wins out, the city council might control my crappy water supply but 10kg water boxes are still cheaper than soft drink (soda)

Well said buddy. Anything you start fresh will always seem hard and tedious. You wouldn’t expect to pick up a guitar for the first time and play beautiful music. You’ll probably suck but through practice and repetition you get better. This stuff is the same way. What may take an hour to track a day at first eventually turns into less than 5 minutes. Get through the tough part early and you’re on your way.

I would like to have a video on food prep concentrating on protein and carbs. I'm 81, 210 down from 230. Breakfast is usually protein shake of around 50-60g protein, lunch is with my wife (our main meal), dinner is a very small dish of ice cream (2 tbsp max). Stay between 1500-1800 cal. I workout with bands 5 days per week (Back, Chest, Arms, Shoulders, Legs), the Undersun TA2 Adv plan. I gained a lot of weight (maxed out at 230) after 3 months in hospital after breaking the C1,2,3 vertebrae with body shut down. Except for weight, health is great now.

One of my hacks in eating a lot of food but keeping the energy density down when I want to lean out is to cut the fat: 0% Fage yogurt. A whole large tub is 450 calories and 90g of protein. Egg whites. Mix 1.5 cups with 2 whole eggs. NY strips and sirloins instead of ribeyes. Whipped butter instead of regular. Half the calories per tbsp

Ty for all your advice and tips …I was a solid 290 when I started at the end of December and now I’m 259…🥰 I haven’t been in my 250s in years…steadily losing and holding myself accountable…understanding I’m an emotional eater and those emotional triggers and getting my brain to realize I’m not gonna starve because I miss a meal…also let go of 99% of fast food and sugary drinks/sodas. Also taken up walking again…I average about 5 miles after work. It really does work…very little gym time on my part also.

For example the data of 6 days will be similar but the day after the refeed will be different ( easily 5 extra pounds) and it'll also affect the day after.... So should i add my weight of all 7 days then divide it by 7? Or should i skip the data of the day after the refeed?

The trail in is almost 1 mile in and of course 1 mile back out. With a couple hills to go up and down. I ate 50 grams whey protein in whole milk. A banana and an apple and Water before I hit the trail. And I feel great not hungry at all. I was thinking how easy it would be for one snack to overcome all those caleries I just burned.

I hate tracking my meals :( lol

if you track for a short time, them use those meals repeatedly you don't have to track. I don't track unless I am trying to focus on a specific change or need data.

I've been tracking everyday for 5 years now without missing a day 😂I know it sounds, mad but it's what keeps me accountable to what I want and where I want to be in relation to my weight. I've lost 80 lbs and I'm not going back. So by tracking I keep myself within a pound or two of my goal weight. It works for me

Every time I stop tracking, my weight and body fat % creep back up. It’s a minor inconvenience for me in order to stay leaner.

First, I love your content. Especially your transformation interviews. Unless you're a teenager, caps should be wore forward-facing. What other article of clothing do you wear backwards? Is that plastic strap across your forehead comfortable, does it block sweat? Do you go out in public like that? What kind of suntan do you get? Everything about you is so professional except the cap. You look like you're going out to play stickball with Doogie Howzer. Again, love your posts. I've been following you for years. @@PaulRevelia

Ultimately yes, you can still do all those things as long as you keep it within your calorie goals and I remember beer has a Alcohol and Alcohol has calories

@@PaulRevelia Yes it does and quite a few carbs as well. Thanks. I have been alcohol free for 32 days but still crave it at certain times.
