Best Faucet freeze protection covers I've ever used!

I bought some of these covers for our first house from Lowes and I loved them. After moving to our new home it took me a long time to find them again, but I finally did and they are still awesome.
These are great for North Mississippi winters where it only gets below 20-degrees for a couple of days, but if it gets colder where you live, then consider adding a faucet 'sock' under the Plastic Oddities Freeze Cap Faucet Insulator for extra protection.

Very useful product. Just what I wanted. Never knew it was out there. My local Home Depot does not have it in Stock. Need to buy online. Can you tell me its inner diameter so I will know whether my spigot will fit it? Thanks.

I purchased some like these from Home Depot in 2000 for my new home then. I sold that home in 2021. Never replaced as them as they were used every year and were excellent quality. I have looked for more since build another home. Hence I found this video and see the link you provided is dead. Any updates? Thanks. I’m in north MS and you are correct they’re perfect for the area’s Winters.

@chrisgraham5667, I just installed the three covers on my faucets a few minutes ago and was thinking how much I like them. I've looked and I don't see them available anywhere. It's a long shot, but I'd try contacting Plastic Oddities to see if maybe they have some remaining in stock or could point you to a reseller that might have some left.

@@Koolbob2 Thanks. These were on my house when I bought it. Really like them. Recently landscape guys found a styrofoam liner in the yard (came unglued) and threw it away. I just went online and ordered new ones based on your web link 🤞 There are no labels, numbers, anything on the existing covers. Really wanted to say thanks.

And you call that....a GAME CHANGER? A different way to put a faucet cover on??? Big deal. Now you have holes in your siding plus your stuck with the asthetics that you don't like, when you could have simply bought a regular one, put it on in seconds and have been done, and simply taken it off when the cold weather went away.

Thanks for watching. I really HATE cold weather so anything that can save me a few minutes fumbling around with faucets in the cold is a good thing. Last Thursday, our temperature went from 50f to 5f in an afternoon. In a couple of days we will be back in the upper 60s and I'll need to use all three outdoor faucets for washing the cars, cleaning the fountains and bird baths. I end up covering and uncovering our faucets dozens of times each winter as the temps go up and down, so I appreciate having covers that are a snap to put on and remove. Thanks again for watching, if the covers don't make sense to you, don't buy them.
