Chopseuy is a popular vegetable stir-fry dish that is prepared in every Filipino household. Inspired by the Chinese, the dish is very flexible when it comes to the protein components used. You can choose from chicken, shrimps or pork or a combination of all three. Other recipes would even call for quail eggs. This recipe is made by using Knorr Crab and Corn as an easy mix to add crab flavor to the Chopseuy since crab is an expensive ingredient. This is a hack I have been using to make my Chopseuy delicious but within the budget.
