The Garmin Forerunner is affordable and a great choice. The Garmin Fenix is pricier but more advanced.

I’ve tried all these devices as well. Opted for the Garmin Fenix 7x Sapphire Solar. As a soldier, it is the go to. Honestly suprised the Army doesn’t sponsor Garmin, everyone has a Garmin!!!

Garmin is the toughest, and the battery life is insane especially on the model you have. I just preferred the ease of apple interface. I would like to have both honestly.

Absolutely spot on, mate! I love my Apple Watch 10 because it covers everything I need and just feels complete overall. I was using FitBit earlier before Google took over it, then I bought the Apple Watch SE2. Sure, if someone got the money, they could buy every device shown in the video. But honestly, even celebrities and athletes are often spotted wearing an Apple Watch in their everyday lives and public appearances after their specific sports events. I get the appeal of a Whoop or a Garmin, but I’d miss the day-to-day features Apple Watch nails so well. Great video, by the way-definitely hitting that subscribe button! ❤

Thank you so much for joining the squad! I love the apple watch and agree the compatibility and ease of use is unmatched. I just wish the battery life would last a week or longer.

FitBut charge says I burn ~3000 a day. And I eat around 2000. It means I am supposed to lose 1 kg\per weak. But my weight actually stays the same (6 months). So I don't know what does this crap read but it's definitely NOT my body parameters.
@CalmRiot5 ай бұрын
I can help you with this right now, if you are okay with providing me some info below. What is your Height? What is your bodyweight? What is your Gender? How many days a week do you workout? How long are the workouts? Whats is the style of workouts that you do? (running or walking, or lifting, or HIIT) What are you goals for your body on how it looks?

@@CalmRiot Hah :). Can you fix my FitBit? O_O? I'm asking because I have an old Galaxy Watch 3. And the watch shows numbers that look realistic (~2000-2500 cal a day) and it's in general close to what I eat (2000-2200 + cheat-meals occasionally). It matches with GalaxyFit2 (I used before. It died) As for your question... I'm 181cm, 94 kg, Male. I do gym 2 times a week about 1.5-2h each. I don't have any ambitious goals rather than being able to fit my ass to my sit :). So I'm ok in general. I am just dissatisfied with FitBit Charge 6 (~140$ with "best in segment sensors", so they say) which works worse than GalaxyFit 2 (~65$ and 5 years older and has very basic sensors).

Thank you for sharing, 1) I would consider actually using an app like myfitness pal to track everything you eat or drink that has calories for a few days just to be 100% sure it is the amount of calories you think. 2) If you want the most accurate heart rate calorie burning then a chest strap would be your best bet. Let me know what you get from 1) as it is where a lot of issues with changing weight stem from. Also make sure to be getting a gallon of water a day.

Make a video excluding all the Chinese companies, I am not interested in giving my data to any Chinese companies.
@CalmRiot4 ай бұрын
None of the fitness trackers I spoke about in this video are Chinese companies. Apple is in California, Fitbit is owned by google, Whoop is in Boston, Oura Ring is from Finland, and Garmin is out of Kansas.

@@trxfrmr4191 Remeber when people rode horses to work in their one pair of boots? Do you wear running shoes and drive a car? I agree the technology won’t do the work for you, but if you’re going to invest your time in working out, might as well try to optimize it with the innovation of technology.
