Neewer is a low budget amateur brand. A good fluid head is important if you want to make panning or tilting recordings. I would recommend to spend a bit more and get a good brand. you will feel the difference right away. Like by example a Manfrotto 502HD PRO 210 euro

With its current discounted price at Neewer of 287 Euros, it would seem that the Manfrotto is the low budget amateur brand. It's well made and mine works extremely well with my Canon C100 mk2.

@@UKHeritageRailways Can you use arca swiss on the Manfrotto? I have heard really good things about that head.
