Use to be a yellow food truck there outside of where the Beachcomber was. Wondering if it's the same family. They were there for years. Also another food truck further down by Brewers Bay a Trini lady had. All very good 👍🌴

I do remember the yellow food truck well. He and his wife had the absolutely best Pate and Johnny Cake on the island for sure. His wife's health declined and she had to go to PR for care. He continued on for a while, but sadly when his wife's condition didn't improve he had to close shop. My sister was the airport manager and her husband was the Chief at the Airport Firehouse at that time and believe me the entire Port Authority crew went through serious withdrawal upon his closing.. Jackie's is now the "top dog".. If you ever get the opportunity, stop by early morning, stand in line and enjoy..

Right on the side of the road that parallels the airport runway on the south or Lindbergh Bay side. You'll pass it going to or from the airport. White Step-Van Food Truck with large white awning attached. Be sure to say hello to Anna who's usually helping folks at the counter and is pictured in the video.. Great food, Great people. Go early and get in line.

Thank you for your comment. Ashley's is still here at the airport entrance, and was a great place to go for pates, fresh fish, etc.. Sadley it's not the same level of food that you and I may have enjoyed in the past. If you're looking for fresh, and tasty pates, soups, lunch specials, etc.., you won't be disapointed at Jackies. Give it a try and let me know..
