You do not want too high of fiber, it removes the fats you need digested

Yeah , kinda what i assume from tips like this .... In the cases where the causes of pancreatic issues is caused by eating a diet of high carns / processed carbs ones entire life , i think the best bet for a natural cure is to switch to very low carb and ketosis AND intermittent fasting , so that your pancreas can rest for once , and maybe do prolonged fastings cus then the autophagy process starts to heal things, hopefully the pancreas aswell I do curcumin and olive oil is generally good things, but highly doubtable that they will fix the pancreas without adressing the root of the problem , which is YEARS of eating foods spiking insulin - stop spiking insulin

Olive oil can b used in this disease.i have also used this.3 to 4 table spoon pr day in my diet.it is not harmful bt other oils are harmful in this.

i went through a phase of eating tons of kale salads and i screwed up my body. as soon as i stopped my body went back to normal. i had pancreas issues resulting from too much of these. weirdly eating mostly meat i have had no bloating or inflammation issues. beans and legumes i love but it takes me a few days to recover eating them, i wish it didnt but it is strange getting older and really feeling the effects of what i eat. i cant eat nuts really anymore either as well, i can eat a few handfuls but cant eat almond butter sandwiches like i used to. if i do i instantly get bloated and start cramping up.

Thank you. You are describing my life. But I do suffer from diverticulitis. I can’t have any kind of veggies unless liquified, peanuts can actually leave me in the hospital.

@@HarpreetKaur-ti2xp oxolates were one of the main issues. almonds kale spinach tons of greens etc filled w them. chocolate as well. i just try to avoid high oxolate foods when i can.

This guy was definitely absent on the day. They talked about this. Don’t get me wrong garlic is a miracle drug for many many ailments but if you take it all the time it will affect your nervous system negatively. And dairy should never ever ever be consumed. I grew up on a dairy farm. Trust me on this one besides that why would you want to drink something that makes a baby cow into a grown-up cow less than a year? Don’t even get me started on almond milk and all that crap.

Not wrong. I only get sick if I eat red meats . Chicken,turkey and low fat fish are fine. I've never gotten sick eating those meats.
