These are ok, but you need to speak to the width of the sole plate in every case if you are talking about actually wide boots. Otherwise you are just talking about boots with more volume to accomodate size. An unstable feel due to a sole plate that is narrower than your foot is a bad thing

I have very wide feet, and always struggle to find shoes that don't kill my feet. I can't recommend NB 442 enough. By far the most accommodating boots I ever had. I tried the Diadoras but the sizing was a bit tricky for me. I also have the Mizuno Morelia II MIJ and whilst the upper is excellent, the soleplate is very narrow so my feet "spill". In fact, the Neo IV (non-beta) fit me a lot better which is counter intuitive

This channel is incredible. So good. You can never get help in SD and they never have the boots to try so you just have to order and hope.. This channel let's me make educated choices about what to try and limits the returns I have to make before getting the right boot. If you want extra brownie points, do a size guide video, where you can measure your foot and relate it to what size you want for which brand. (I'm a size 8 for some and 9.5 for others). I seems i have relatively wide feet but my 2 main issues are boots are made for Egyptian or Norwegian shape meaning manufacturers seem to think people have only one bug toe and then absolutely no other toes. It's like they take an axe and cut the whole rest of the foot off. Mine are oriental or african. Modern boots have absolutely no wide toe boxes. The 2nd issue i have is all soleplates are banana shaped which forces you to run "Pidgeon toed" which stretches and twists the achillies giving tendonitis. My feet are straight. There are no modern boots that are wide and straight.

I swear by Nike Tiempo and Adidas Copa. K-leather seems to be the most adaptable upper and gives really good feel too.

Im in the market for wide cleats but the truth is that none of them are wide enough. But i really think that a company should come out and make boots specifically for wide feet athletes. Not just for soccer, but other sports like American football, rugby etc... It's a good niche down play in this competitive footware niche full of big sharks such as Nike and Adidas... As some with wide feet, it's not just about the width of the foot, it's about how the upper feels around it. The Skechers SKX give me a lot of pressure points around the outside of my foot. Will try and break it in some more, and whilst I appreciate the more anatomical fit, it definitely doesn't have the comfort that it is advertised to have. The New Balance Furons and Tekela's are a no go as well. Zero, and I mean zero volume in the forefoot, which means the upper is pressing down on the top of your toes, squeezing the life out of them. The GX I had to go half a size up. Toe box tapers too much and even then it was irritating. The Vapor 16's fit much better wierdly. The Puma future is the Widest boot I've tried, but as with the Skechers, there's too much pressure from the power tape causing fatigue after 15 mins. The Previous Futures were much better. The Puma Ultra 5's I found were more comfortable and fit better

@@al3x_ghetto794 I couldn't say to be honest, I've only really tried top tier boots, but they usually get heavily discounted. The widest ones I've tried are the Futures and any of the Mizunos. But always always try on boots first.

Copa Gloro felt so snug on midfoot and even the forefoot, dissapointed. Premier 3 feels more accomodating for wider feet. Other than that, agreed with the 442, just get yourself the 2e or 4e version and you'll be in the heaven of space and width.

I have the Puma Future from the generation before the ones in the video and they are just such a good fit and would definitely go for puma futures again however there's no local football teams for my age group since its just all adult football now so yeah. I'm not really built for the adults game physically tbh (I'm skinny and i'm 5 ft 8 i played mostly at full back or as a winger)

My New balance 442s split after just 3 months at the sole. I never hear you discuss this feature. I found out that it's actually a very common thing that happens with the 442s. It is a comfortable boot. There's no doubt about it, but it is not resilient whatsoever. Just need to do a little research and you'll see that it's very common that separation at the sole plate happens often

I had a pair of f50 pros and I literally couldn't use them no matter how much break in I did. Weird thing is for me, it wasn't the mid or upper, actually the rear of the boot digging into the side of the back of my foot. I wonder how different the elite is.

But the latest Mercuria's give wide feet users a choice to finally use these speed boots. Probably you can give Sokito Scudetta FG a try as well.
