girll you are sooo underrateddd. I have been searching for a good foundation but it's really hard since I have acne-prone skin. Thank you so much for this, it's honestly the best review I've seen in a long time❤

I also got double wear in the last month! Straight up life-changing, I can't believe how beautiful it looks and wears. I have super oily skin but some dry patches due to eczema and acne, and it covers it all so nicely 🤯

Wow, I’m so happy it works for you, especially with dry patches. That’s good to know!

Powder foundations can be great for this skin type. Most deemphasize pores and texture.

My 13-year-old granddaughter has been struggling with acne, which has made her very self-conscious. I purchased L’Oréal True Match Nude Hyaluronic Acid foundation, which she used when she came over. That day, she started retaking selfies because she loved how her skin looked, so I decided to give her the bottle. A week later, she came over, and the difference in her skin was remarkable compared to the week before. She told me that the only change she made was using the foundation, which encouraged her to wash her face daily-something she admitted to not doing regularly. My grand daughter applies the foundation very lightly, and that’s it. I also believe that the hyaluronic acid contributed to improving her skin. It's amazing how using foundation made her skin look brighter and reduced the acne on her face. This video made me give her that foundation. Thank you so much!

We have a skin foundation here in Australia called "Australis" in the shade 'Warm Sand'. I think it's alright and its a brand not much people know, but it does feel a bit orange to me. Wonder what you'd think of it though.

I used L'Oréal Infallable yesterday and with acne prone skin I broke out immediately. No other foundation has done that to me.

@@ellerchu I have pretty oily skin in most spots and it the makeup made it seem oddly dry once I finished applying it. I'm going to try the 3rd one you recommended (I think it was 3rd 🤔). I watched yesterday so I have to go back through the video to find it lol. I'm sure I'll buy 10 more until I find one my face actually likes 😩🫠 Textured skin is difficult.

@@jessie.jay03If the L’Oréal infallible made your skin dry, the Estée Lauder is even drier. I have to hydrate my skin well for most of these foundations because they are more natural/matte (even with oily skin). 😅

Have you tried tretinoin? Stieva-A cream in 0.05% is what I've been using for 2 years. Noticed less break outs and texture. Make sure to moisturize when you use it.

I'm 61 and have acne-prone skin and excessive oiliness. But I'm also really showing the signs of aging. Would a powder foundation or a liquid be best?
@arianamartinez36695 ай бұрын
I would recommend a liquid or cream foundation due to powder sometimes clinging on mature skin and fine lines❤
@skyeva-x8b2 ай бұрын
You have explained it really well. Can you suggest me a go to foundation out of these foundation in the vedio which is best for both morning and night look, which doesn't oxidize because which ever foundation i have tried oxidizes very badly because of my oily skin.

Hey! may i know what primer do you recommend for us oily acne girlie before using estee lauder double wear foundation?
@ellerchu10 ай бұрын
I think the Estée Lauder foundation is best without a primer because it’s already long lasting! But I’d recommend a good moisturizer and sunscreen as the base. I use the illiyoon cream and Madagascar centella sunscreen. 🥰

Have you tried MAC Studio Fix powder foundation? Is it similar to the bareminerals Barepro? Barepro has the most gorgeous and long-lasting finish on me, but unfortunately it breaks me out. I want to try the Make Up Forever one but I don't think I can get it in the UK :( MAC feels like my last resort (I don't like the brand as they test on animals).
