Hands down the best foundation this year for me is L'oreal Age Perfect. It's great for Summer and Winter and the price is fantastic. I'll likely use it forever!

The Milk stick and the Loreal are my two favorites this year. The milk is my everyday grab and go. My skin loves it. I have dry dry skin that does not like thick makeup. Bought the Loreal because of you. Beautiful.

I have very dry skin and I was shocked at how awesome the YSL looks on my skin. It is beautiful and one of the very few foundations that actually look good on my nose upon first application! Definately worth the price in my opinion!!!

Thats my die hard favorite. I love their whole line. I got samples of the cleanser and moisturizer with purchase when i bought it online from Kohls (of all places). and if you use all of them together, its even better. i will buy full size when they run out. totally impressed.

I got the Purito Cica foundation. I found it on Amazon. I love it. The color doesnt match, i was amazed at how neutral almost grey against my skin. pure neutral undertone. so if someone needs that, this is absolutely the way to go. i mixed it with one that was a tad too dark and it became the best match ever and it is sooo good. Thank you for the recommendation. Im stoked.

Hello Shelly, world here. Mac face and body is the awesomest weirdest most fabulous foundation 😁. Also, I know how you feel wanting to SEE all your makeup... I couldn’t bear to stick all those beautiful pallets and bottles in drawers anymore, so I got a glass curio cabinet, and it is so satisfying to see it all, in its sparkly shiny glory. You might like them, they also keep the bottles dust free and you can add lights too. Thanks for the reviews and stay healthy

In my view, foundations are like any other makeup! You need options because sometimes you want light coverage, sometimes full. Sometimes you want natural, sometimes dewy, sometimes matte! Sometimes you want everyday, sometimes full glam! Different coverages and finishes are hard to pull off with just one foundation :) So if you ever need to rationalize having 10, there ya go! 😂

@@darkdemonqueen well, I'm 50% Thai/Cambodian/Vietnamese, and Norwegian/Swedish with freckles. Color matching is a nightmare, I tend to select neutral with beige/peach undertones as warm/yellow looks bad over my freckles. Best matches atm are N3 MAC Face and Body, #23 in Purito and G8 in Glossier skin tint. 😊

hi, really like your videos..I wanted to mention that both the Dior foundations you mentioned contain alcohol in the top ingredients..same with Chanel and some Lancome.;.I dont think it is the best to wear a foundation with alcohol when you have dry skin..it puzzles me as why they do that!

I agree with you about Las Vegas. It's like Disneyland for adults but the dry climate is unbelievable! I was there in the month of June many years ago and it's true, the air sucks the life out of you! :-O Love, love, love the L'Oreal Age Perfect foundation. I started out with shade #35 which was a bit too warm/yellow for me, even during the summer. I then purchased shade #20 which turned out to be perfect for my skintone. Love the blush too and want to try the pressed powder as well. :) I'm also impressed that it made it to #2 on your list!

I'm also a fan of Estee Lauder's Futurist but it's just so expensive. The one from L'oreal is a good dupe for it but has much more coverage. They wear the same and the finish is the same. The price difference is crazy!

Best foundations for my dry sensitive skin so far: 1. Ysl touche eclat (old formula) 2. Clarins cushion (discontinued) 3. Mac face and body (old formula) 4. Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer (old formula) I’m now looking for a good every day foundation. I gave up on full coverage foundations because everything seems to cling to my skin patches. Can you or the viewers recommend your holy grail foundations for very dry skin? Thank you very much.

I came back to comment. I bought the Loreal age perfect powder. I really hesitated. My skin hates powder. Do I really need another powder sitting there? I am 48 and have dry dry skin, Oh my goodness. You were right. I wore it by itself at first. No concealer or foundation. Just packed it on and buffed like I would It powder. Wow, just beautiful. My skin glowed. Color is perfect. It is so much lighter than others. I threw my It powder in the trash, it was too thick and the color is always too dark. I was amazed. Thanks!

Loved your video. It brightened my day.I have dry sensitive exzema skin . I use vegan organic skincare so would rather use same as foundations. Found a brilliant one recently Body shop tinted moisturiser and foundation are cruelty free and vegan and brilliant on my skin. Their powder is fab too .

Hi Karen!!! I haven't done a full video on it, but I love the MUFE Matte Velvet!! It moved straight to my purse as my on-the-go touch-up powder. I wear R230 and I can get away with it year-round (probably a smidge too dark when I'm the palest of the pale but most of the year it works).

I'll definitely do concealers! I rarely use powder foundations aside from setting liquid foundation with them so I'm not a very good judge of wearing them as foundation.

I am new to your channel. I really enjoyed the info. One suggestion, it would be great if you said the name a little slower and clearer. And, then hold the bottle really still in your hand for a few seconds. I know I can pause and play again, but I had to get doing that for most of the ones you listed to clearly get the full name of the foundation. But, loved the info, since I have super dry skin. Hi Anne! I love the No 7 drops, but so far of their foundations that I've tried, they all test in the B range on me, which is wearable but doesn't make it high enough on my list to be a favorite. Have you ever tried " Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation" ? I find this to be a fantastic and underrated drugstore foundation...it has texture blurring abilities and works beautifully over dry patches,pores and texture...I'd love for you to try this foundation and do a review on it !! 🙂
