What if you have something like ocd, schizophrenia, bipolar, etc and your afraid no one will hire you or understand and what if the therapists don't actually help and is the wait list forever, is there affordable care, is there a lot of stigma, what if people in your life don't support it and discourage getting therapy, thank you

There is not that many cards out there for that. The first one that comes to mind is the Amex Platinum card.

It's been years since I had a true credit card, actually: even back in Italy most cards are now debit cards, they work on the same circuits as older credit cards but have no murderous interest rates!

I think the Barclays Visa is also an option, but it might need some additional documentation

Yeah we had them in our list in the past but through conversations with them it became clear that their risk evaluation is not so easy to pass when new in Germany.

One question I have is, can we change the date which we get invoice there by changing the date at which we need to pay the invoice? For example I want to get my invoice on 10th of every month so I can pay that amount on 30th of that month.

Yes, you will pay interest fees if you transfer your credit card balance to your bank account.

So from what I understood is that if I dont use the American Express Payback card outside the German shops then they wouldn't charge me any money from my bank account ? Because they have asked me to link my bank account and everyone is talking about interest fees so I'm hesitating to apply for it now..

Yes, you need to link it to your bank account and of course your expenses will get subtracted from that account once a month. When you use it for payment with a foreign currency, there is a 1,75% fee.
