I don't like magmar in the deck. Farfetch does the aggro better on ditching out 40 damage early and have 1 retreat cost which opens up more options. Magmar 2 retreat and 2 cost attack is a bit slow for an aggro deck. 50 damage without the supporter and 80 with the supporter is a little underwhelming.

Farfetch'd deals 80 in 2 turns, Magmar needs the Blaine card and 1 more energy to keep the same amount of pressure. Magmar also sucks more to open since it takes longer to get going. You're probably right, if you're gonna play another basic pokemon, Farfetch'd is the secret sauce.

I think Magmar has utility in this deck but at this point it's really hard for me to not slide at least one Farfetch'd in any deck I make.

I've been liking this deck more than Charizard EX. It feels like less things need to go right for you to pull your wincon together, I find that Zard has you bricking more because your evolution cards aren't showing up in the right order. In multiple games my last 2 cards in deck were both Zards or Charmeleon. F2P fire deck > Tryhard fire deck

I think I might have the luckiest account..F2P i pulled full Mewtwo deck with both Mewtwos Ex being shiny ,3 Artucuno Ex(1 shiny) ,2 Marowak Ex(1shiny) ,2 Gengar Ex and 1 Vensaur Ex .. also got 2 porygons and 2 venosaurs in alt art ..All in the first free 100 pokemon 😮

I think I can beat you. Without spending money in two days I have gotten two mewtwo ex (one of them animated art), two full art gengar ex, one gardevior, one Pikachu ex, two marowak ex, one articuno ex, two dragonite full art and I even managed one more arcticuno ex and pikachu ex on the wonder pick, as well as a 1 charizard ex.
