The Light Green aqueous feel of Valentino uomo aqua comes from the tomato leaf. The now discontinued lacoste essential had this ingredient however it went the soapy green route. Yet another gem that should not have been discontinued.

@@cactu5jack Do I need to actually add "for me" to every sentence? 🤣 It is unique in its own right, exactly like the BDC. If 10.000 other brands created similar scents, that's a totally different thing, but there's a reason why people love Chanel fragrances, they set the trend and change the perfume's industry on many occasions. Chanel Antaeus, Allure, Bleu de Chanel - all of these were very different from anything else that existed at the time, just like Yatagan from Caron, sample that and wear it(if you haven't already), you'll understand that some brands are just...different. So yes, the whole Allure line(based on the above sentences) is quite unique and the OG in most cases, imo there is nothing quite like it out there. Peace.

I wouldn't bother with it if it was not a crazy good scent that has something unique about it. Would love to find that identical mix of freshness and sweetness in the very same way Chanel has done it - in another bottle - because chanel is expensive 😭 If you know of a scent that is exactly like it, with the very same blend of fresh + sweet and it all done in that intoxicating compliment pulling way then I would love to know what it is 🙌 Just hoping it's not more expensive than Chanel 😂 Have a good one! 😊

@@LeprechaunSeeker There's definitely something unique about it. There's no other scent that is 100% as it. Other brands have tried to copy it but to me it's this perfect blend of fresh + sweet, done in that intoxicating way (that's really the unique part of it) that people just love. Something about it makes it so appealing to so many people (women at least)... Would love to find something that is like it because its not cheap, but have not come across anything that has "THAT" vibe that is has. Have a good one!

Awesome list. Unfortunately for me (as much as I like it) Percival does not work. 4 out of the 7 Parfums de Marly in their discovery set react in a very strange way on my skin leaving a powerful chemical bothering scent in the drydown - also felt by others around me. I can only tolerate Sedley (on the fresher side) Herod and Pegasus (on the more aromatic side). Sedley's opening + Percival's drydown...would make a NUCLEAR freshie extremely hard to beat. That is crazy hard.. They all have their unique scent profiles with different (amazing) vibes.. So this is not a top list of this top list.. But hmm.. just 1.. 😆 I´ll give you 3.. 😉 - Percival (I know some people think it's not worth it's price tag but man it's so damn good). - Prada Luna Rossa. Crazy good and it truly has something unique about it that makes it rise above so many other fresher kinds of fragrances. LOVE IT! It's also much less expensive than Percival. - Armani Acqua di Gio Profumo. Almost impossible to go wrong with it.. I´ll ask Sandra to get her on this (hard) question 😊

Hi! It's all subjective. I think it works pretty much throughout the year with a focus on spring, summer and fall. I used it for a bit over 3 weeks straight in the tropics, then in fall and now summer and it shines in every single way.

I think Kalan was rather polarizing and not for everyone. My next buy will be Haltane . From the reviews I saw , it's a masterpiece, I just need to find the courage to drop $500 on it lol And I am also thinking of getting Darley at some point. It's one of their first releases and apparently has the Jean Paul Gauthier le Male classic DNA and some similarities with Reflection Man Amouage.

with regards to le beau le parfum i find the dry down has a really weird smell to it, i cant describe it but its very odd best i could say to put it to words is the smell of the outside of a coconut but real earthy and not in a good way. I do really like the original though

Hmmm.... Maybe I need to do a new comparison 😊 They all have their own unique scent profiles while sharing that ADG core dna.. I like the EDP for it's very minimalistic and modern version of the OG dna. I like profumo for the way it's different and I like Profondo because it's like the OG but more modern and has a unique touch to it that is not present in any of the other flankers 😊

The strength of it actually surprised me. On my skin it lasts longer than a lot of other freshies and it projects in such a way that has landed me quite a few compliment while being outside in the sun among a lot of people. Some (online) seem to have something against it but the people I've met only think it smells good 😊 Try it in the store if you get the chance and see if you like it or not 👍😁

Talk about ultra fresh and it has the staying power unlike most fresh, Very inexpensive too. Then I do love me my Chanel but Allure Homme Sport EAU Extreme did not last on my skin so I found a BULL DOG in Afnan called Rue Broca PRIDE Intense. It's a true "EXTREME" version of AHSEX 👈 🤪🤣 and it really lasts also. The Rue Broca PRIDE is a cross ❌ between YSL Y ❌ Invictus Aqua ❌ and............ AVENTUS LOL 🤣 those 3 completely blew me away guys. The cost is low very low for the Rebel QUALITY 🤘☕
