The Polo Fried Chicken has been featured on the Michelin guide for many years an they offer more than just their famous fried chicken. They offer traditional dishes such as som tam (papaya salad), corn salad, and many other items. We came for the fried chicken loaded with crispy fried shallots and was not disappointed at all.
