One of the polygraph test questions should have been, "Were you angry that Noah did not want to be in a romantic relationship with you?" Another question should have been, "Were you willing to hurt Noah because he rejected your sexual advances?"

It’s probably because he’s gay & Noah said no, told him to stop with advances & if he didn’t Noah would make things public.. prompted Jack to become even more upset & angry maybe Jack also saw what was kindness to other men or even women as flirting/potential relationship started up by Noah which again fuelled him up. I just know serious jealousy & sexuality is definitely involved here… the lengths Jack went to… I mean it seems very deep & very personal but also very serious… things obviously made him extremely upset, angry, jealous, crazy, perhaps very insecure too.

I'm a former behavioral analyst and a body language expert. Passing a polygraph test doesn't mean you aren't guilty. There are several reasons as of why someone can pass a polygraph test while being deceptive. If I were the police I would bring him back for questioning. This would be the best way to determine if he is just "nervous" or if there are any nefarious reasons?! Something isn't right in here, especially since there is no emotion from Jack. He is more concerned about the poligraph over losing his best friend. "Noah without Jack" 🤔...

In all fairness this happened 7 months ago. I'm sure he's had some time to process. Do you expect him to be on the news crying? Plus, I'm sure he feels very relieved by passing the polygraph. Also, polygraphs are definitely not easy to trick. Although they aren't admissible in court, they are pretty reliable.

It's 7 months later. He's likely facing emotional fatigue especially from all the stress of being accused of being suspect. The saying "I can't cry anymore I don't have anymore tears left" is true. And when trauma is involved most people shut down emotionally. Imagine the shock of seeing your long time best friend dead on the road and then having people accuse you of being involved. His apparent lack of emotion also doesn't mean he isn't emotional & crying when he's out of the public eye. I generally don't/can't cry in front of people. All these armchair detectives are just guessing.
@TheBerylknight
@TheBerylknight Ай бұрын
He is showing plenty of emotion here. He even chokes up at one point and nearly loses control. I would think a so-called "body language expert" would have been able to see that. And I'm sure he has already been questioned by the police for hours on end.

Is NO ONE going to talk about how He stated he SAW "the semi driver" w/his hand on Noah AND that Jack spoke this person?!!? That raises even MORE questions as to why TF did Jack not call 911 immediately!!!! Why/how did/could Jack just leave his best friend there for random peeps to find him? What did the semi truck driver look like so police can find him & ask questions... This story makes even less sense to me... Did I miss something? I truly thought I heard this story from the beginning but... Also polgraphs are not admissible in court for a reason. It takes a highly skilled Polygrapher to do this well AND the questions asked/the way they are asked makes or breaks the person taking it. Peeps fail when they're innocent & pass when they're guilty. IDK IDK IDK All around beyond tragic for Noah...

One of the polygraph test questions should have been, "Were you angry that Noah did not want to be in a romantic relationship with you?" He was a good looking kid and it is so common for problems steming from jealousy in high school / young adults. 4 day drunk parties with young people, their brains haven't developed complete to think logically. I'm waiting to hear about a toxicology report. My theory is that they got drunk at the party and while Noah and his friends were driving home, something happened where Noah got out or fell out but got dragged. That can explain ALL the injuries, e.g. loose teeth and why only one side was bruised. If he was dragged by the legs, it also explains why injuries were only on his upper body. Still drunk, but realizing what they had done, his friends tried to cover up the evidence by taking off his clothes, which can have traces of DNA, hair as well as fibers indicating that he was in that car. While drunk and undressing the body, a friend accidentally switched one of his sneakers with Noah's. The key to solving this is to track down the owner of that other sneaker (is it this best friend?). So was it initially an accident? Probably. But was a crime committed? Probably also yes, e.g. underage drinking, driving while intoxicated, leaving someone to die, tampering with evidence, etc.

It's not unusual for people who live in rural areas to go walking at night by themselves. That is normal behavior, and people do it all the time without thinking twice about it. I learned this particular culture clash when I moved to a big city and my friends there literally freaked out when I did it, and even threatened to drug me or knock me out to keep me from doing it. The same could be said about walking around in just your shorts (though I was barefoot also) which is something everyone did all the time where I grew up. But it's not something I would recommend someone do in New York.... lol

This gives me chills. Here is why. Any teen that has a close relationship with a hurt friend would be psychologically wrecked and physically sick. He acts and makes his statements like it is another sunny day in good old Oklahoma. What is even more disturbing is his surety of dismissal. Meaning when the reporter ask if he was murder: " He was not murder because of the of his injuries" premeditated answer? Also why is he intentionally concealing his eyes. He is wearing a hat with no need for the shades unless you are nervous that your body language will give you away. Conveniently he and his dad drive by? Polygraphs have been debunked and they do not work. Who performed the polygraph? As a first responder I have seen people struck by different vehicles. When there is face trauma or blunt force to the head you can find teeth 20-60 feet away from the body. Why was the boy naked? When someone is struck by a vehicle the natural inclination of the driver is to slam on the breaks unless it was an intentional hit, where are the skid marks. And even then tire marks should have been present on the body. Too many inconsistencies.

Unless those that performed the polygraph also know what was really going on and just covering it up or were paid off. If it's true he was sexually involved with the dude that would be major taboo in that part of the world.

Getting hit by a car or truck on the highway can absolutely knock someone’s clothes off. I wish I didn’t know that. If one of his friends did a hit and run on him, that’s still a serious crime. The the cops need to look into if any of them had damage on their cars, and interview local body and paint shops. Also not all hit and runs are accidents.

@@Atrainsd its funny because the comment right below yours in the queue was "dude seems suspicious as hell". Its one of those, "can't win" situations so you're better off shutting up and not giving folks a name and a face to grasp onto. I mean look at the comments. Folks are gonna find him suspicious no matter what as long he does or doesn't do as it fits the narrative they have. its human nature to interpret things in a way that supports the story you want to tell. In the meantime, the police are continuing to work the case regardless of what the internet says. Idk who is innocent or who is guilty, but at least I admit that and aren't a crazy internet person who has no evidence and makes accusations based on limited knowledge and access to the case. All i do know and all any of us actually know, is something is sus in this case and police should continue to investigate. Anything beyond that is harmful speculation.

@@DavidBaker-cx1ni I get it - I do. My thing is just a lot of folks in the true crime community do a lot more than harmlessly speculate. they accuse. I'd also argue there's a different between harmless speculation and harmful speculation. There's a world of difference between "I think perhaps xyz happened" (harmless speculation) and "I'm a random person on the internet and I'm positive xyz happened and abc person definitely did it for 123 reasons" (accusation). perhaps my wording was poor, but you can see plenty of harmful speculations and actual accusations here in this comment section, and every comment section on any true crime video I watch. And it goes to the larger issue in our community, especially in recent years, the impact of false accusations on innocent folks lives is increasingly clear and alarming. We need to do a better job at toeing the line because if we don't, we're just creating more victims, in a different sense, of an already tragic situation. and that only brings more senseless pain. people forget that, comment section is full of it - so i'm trying to provide a reminder and bring some level of perspective. apologies for the length here! Just a lot of thoughts as I'm sick of seeing this stuff all the time and this is the first time I've expressed that frustration - thanks for bearing with me ! :)
