This may sound brutal but its true. Sometime between 6th and 8th grade when had to chose a group to sit with during school lunch i made my only friends i would make for the entirety of my middle school high school and likely even college career, i havent met any strangers irl in years and literally havent spoken to a women in probably 8 years (im 18). But honestly, whats wrong with not meeting new people. I couldnt find an answer. Some might say you can get lonely but thats a non-issue with asmr(and ive heard pretty convincing evidence that these are hugely unrealistic anyways). Just accept it, enjoy it, revel in it. And rebel from the idea that social people are happier than people who listen to asmr
