clearly the most famous goal is the 1984 all Ireland football final Kerry were going for an unprecedented 5 in a row and they faced Offaly in the final a repeat of 1983 when Kerry won Kerry winning by 2 Points in the last minute then a miracle happened a last second goal from Seamus Darby of Offaly ended Kerry's dreams of 5 in and row amazing that happened nearly 33 years ago to date that's the closest a team has ever come to the 5 in and row god I remember also in 2010 Kilkenny were going for the so called Drive for 5 and they faced Tipperary in the final a repeat of 2009 when Tipperary got robbed but that's another story anyway Kilkenny were the favorites of most people then them game took place by the end of it Kilkenny were wiped off the field by Tipperary a heavy defeat once again ending the possibility of 5 in and row also eid they include the point Steven cluxton the Dublin goalkeeper got in the 2011 final against Kerry last kick of them game he scored from a free

Robin Matic there's only one major league because it's only properly played in Ireland but there are small leagues across the world. I'll find a link

Robin Matic en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Counties_of_Ireland this is a list of all counties in Ireland. there is a team for each county except Kilkenny which is a traditional hurling county but their place is taken by London who are usually the whipping boys of the sport. new York play a match in the championship (the knockout tournament generally considered more important than the league) but usually get knocked out straight away and I'm not sure if they've ever won. Why is unfair the goal is 6 feet narrower than a soccer goal and you have 15 team mates not eleven to help you out and a huge pitch which means it takes much longer for the ball to travel down the pitch.Most go for score over the bar because its far easier.Goals are far rarer about 1 per game while soccer is 2.5.In fact the goalkeeper in gaelic football is the most important player he determines the whole outcome of is determine by his saves ,but more importantly for the kickouts in maintaining possession and setting up attack,They also can take frees and score often the goalkeeper is the highest point scorer on a team
