Neophyte Hybrids are a well deserved number one choice. I made a nice Helot gang using those and the Renegade Militia kits that FW made. The Renegade Enforcer torsos sat on Neophyte legs with Neophyte weapons give them a real underhive cultist vibe, and the Renegade Commander makes a great Demagogue.

Another fantasy shout out: I’ve used some of the AoS Hedonites stuff for converting my Slaanesh cultist Escher and Enforcer gangs. The Blissbarb heads and bodies are gorgeous, but I’ve used daemonette bits too.

I made an biker outcast gang using that gaunts ghosts box set. They mainly ride in an open top chimmera and the rest on bikes, i crudely made cloaks out of green stuff

I do indeed have lots of these in my bits box. Have to give a mention to the eldar rangers, they’re spectacular in Munda conversions. Eldar and Escher kits also tend to fit extremely well. I have a really fun Escher gang that is all Escher with a ton of different eldar bits mixed together.

The solar aux command squad is great as it gives you 5 guys (6 if you source another back motor thing or just leave it off) the best thing is the flat connection joints (old cadian style) on arms and midriff and a ball joint neck connection allowing for insane compatability, and the command squad particularly includes a bunch of pistols and some additional sword types.

I’m kitbashing an Escher gang. You can hardly use any of this stuff because female bodies are scarce and the hands and arms have a different scale. I don’t like using oversized hands. A friend gave me some drink hair wyches and they’re great for it, except the necks won’t work without sculpting.
