There's a few factor .. FIRST .. he didn't set up the laptop correctly , SECOND , he don't know how to operates some of the Predator Sense Function and might running the laptop on Balance Mode , THIRD and The worst Part , SILICON LOTTERY AND LIQUID METAL DEFECT , he might have a bad silicon OR a bad application of Liquid Metal

@@ethannongkynrih2728 Yes , each laptop is different from the others due to mass manufacturing IF the laptop uses thermal paste , lots of people usually REPASTING their laptop if they had an issue , but if the laptop uses Liquid Metal that is abit of a problem About the Silicon Lottery tho, THAT is depends on Luck ..you can't do anything about it

Might be because your power source is not properly grounded. I recommend checking other devices with metal surface too.
