BEST Garden Hose Available "Flexzilla"

Yeah that sounds good in theory. But its actually an empty hose that kinks far easier. Water pressure helps allow the hose to "flow" plus when you pull a wrapped hose from a truck or trailer and your going to get some work done, is the hose empty or full? it matters most that you dont have to track down the kinks, you can start working.

I’ve had this hose for about 1yr. now.. It’s not really so great. It may not kink to the point where it stops water flow, but it certainly needs to be unwound and stretched out all the way to work out the many minor kinks before it’s usable. It doesn’t just magically free itself like they make it sound.

I have one of these hoses. They are great. My only complaint is that the fittings have only 3 to 4 threads on them which can be tricky to get them to connect leak free. If Flexzilla fixes the fittings, it would truly be a perfect hose. It's lightweight, extremely flexible and a joy to use. Does not crimp. Fix the fittings and it will be perfect.

Im on the edge of buying rubber hydraulic hose, for 4x times the price. But I might give this a try.

$19.95 infomercial hoses will come and go. Whenever I see a "pocket hose" on customers properties I take it off the faucet and attach a real hose. The time saved knowing I wont have to find kinks is worth removing the inferior product. From 2010 to 2013 I see 4-1 more Flexzilla hoses over Pocket hose, in Wisconsin anyway.

I purchased one of these and went right back to the store,I simply coiled it on to my large plastic reel and it started to kink all over the place,took it off layed it on the ground ,what happened started to kink.i gave up and Canadian tire gave my money back.

christschool - You may have one of our older hoses. We fixed those fittings 2 years ago. Adding an additional washer to your hose should help with the leaky fittings. If you have further questions, please call 800-645-8258.

Good to hear. I will try to find out where to get one because I have (BAR NONE) the absolute WORST hose ever made as far as kinking goes. I can't imagine WTH it IS with this thing......it is one kink after another and you CANNOT keep them out...heck, can't even straighten them out most of the time. It's the hose you need to show on a commercial of the difference between yours and the WORST! It sounds ridiculous, doesn't it? And believe me, it IS!! LOL

Thanks for this review. I'm out to find one now as I have the WORST hose in the history of mankind..... it doesn't leak, but how COULD it.... you can't get enough of the kinks out at once for any pressure to build up anywhere! LOL Looking for a Flexzilla tomorrow!

This is one item I can say that we abused, and it took the punishment for 3 hard working construction seasons. I have no doubt that most of these hoses will be around for another year or so. Can you imagine 5 years out of a hose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can appreciate your theory ... it might be right, but if I am looking for a hose I want to see how it behave under working conditions, not hear some theory that might or might not be true and does not seem intuitive ... to me anyway.

I noticed most of the video's about this hose, they've disabled the comments. And for good reason. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. $50.00-$70.00 for a POS. They kink. They do not roll up easily on a roller OR a wall mount. An off brand nameless ChinaMart aka WalMart hose is twice as good.

Just about any hose will unkink if BOTH ends are free and you pull on one end. That's because the other end is allowed to spin. It's when the other end is screwed onto a faucet and cannot spin that it kinks.

i know my hose wouldn't be able to pull free. Even if both ends were open. I would just end up pulling a big pile of hose along for the ride. lol! This hose looks pretty soft and pliable.

any vinyl hose will stiffen, in short time from heat sun and just the memory of being rolled up. Kinks form and damage the already weakened hose wall. only a hose reel that spins will keep these from kinking. wall mounted hose saddles also make a hose like this difficult to put away without a lot of extra time creating the spiral so it lays up onto the bobbin.

This hose kinks like crazy, and worse, once a kink develops, the 'memory' of that kink location will remain at the spot where the kink first occurred. Stay from Flexzilla as you would Godzilla!

At 2:02 this hose is definitely kinking up. You have to pull out the kink to undo it. If you didn't... all your kinks would have stayed in place.

+Debbie Wilson Not true. Water pressure will push through kinks like that. We are still using our hoses from 2010 and we got more every year. Can your hose last 5 years on a construction crew? This is the best hose we ever used.
