You can also use the same hinges on the corral panel gates as you use on the regular pipe/pole gates.

Our budge gates work great. The steel filaments are woven through the elastic. Kicks like a mule!

Jared, what do you think about using a wheel on the chain end to prevent sagging rather than the corkscrew hinge? My concern with the hinge is that my horses might cut themselves on it.

Wheels are great, they are just more expensive and if it’s muddy they can clog up. They also add more weight to the gate when it’s open if they don’t always touch the ground. If horses get caught on a pin they will clip a wheel. I understand the concern, a cheap better option would be a treated wood block to set the gate on. If a horse kicks it, it will move away, or you could set it up on the post when the gate was open. Thanks for watching hope that helps.
