I didn't know non-EU students at TUM paid tuition fee since 2022. That's probably why RWTH is growing at the expense of TUM.

I am studying e-commerce at th rosenheim and i realize that one thing that may be different in those universities are opportunities although education here in th rosenheim is also good opportunities are definitely is not comparable. If you want a university that you can exploit its benefits or benefit from its strong academic culture and traditions i would say that hochschule's are not for youas it is more focused on to readying you for job market rather than those in my perspective.

I recommend learning the basics of German before coming. You don't have to be fluent or anything, just acquire a solid foundation and while being in a German environment, your language naturally improves
