The anime omits several key scenes from the LN, which is why people are still so wound up about "wincest". In the LN, you know by now that Yuki does not have any incestuous intentions, but rather other goals (see the "who could motivate him" line).

Yuki is not seriously pursuing a relationship with her brother. She is an otaku weeb who entertains herself with a chunni persona. But unlike all the bandaged wrapped, eyepatch wielding power fantasy shonen loving chunni, she likes romcom so she plays a brocon gremlin imouto chunni. Its an act, and she loves teasing her brother. But her love for romcom also makes her his strongest ally in pushing his relationship with Alya forward, because she sees the signs that Alya is interested and the "romantic rival" she presents to Alya is just an act to force Alya to be more assertive with her brother.

It's true that Yuki isn't seriously pursuing a relationship with Masachika, and Masachika in turn has never shown any romantic interest for her. BUT That doesn't mean that Yuki herself doesn't harbor hidden feelings. And what better place to hide them than right on the nose, with a hardcore brocon attitude? She may actually not be very different from Masha, except that there's a mountain of other dilemmas than just Masha's "I would rather not cuck my younger sister" preventing her from even considering coming clean on it, let alone act on the whole thing.
