I like the concept. Looks like you used a shut off valve for a camper sewer system. I like that. The only thing to me is that it's a little small. I'm thinking that a 55gal drum would be bigger.

That’s exactly what it was. So far the size has worked good for large horse grains and smaller grain like chicken feed. Thanks for watching and commenting.

How much downtime did you spend breaking that rock up, and what is the risk of the defect repeating? If you could identify the root cause of the rock blocking the drain, next time it rains heavily you won't have a big waste to deal with! Nice video

What is your process to fill the grain bin? And maybe add a triangle brace between the legs on the stand to make it stronger....
