I love to come back every so often and ride Marriott's way and back after discovering it during my uni years in Norwich, great place and great to get a nice meal after the ride!

The Downslink is good if you're into old railway track riding as its a decent surface, long run from Guildford down to Shoreham. A good 35 mile route. Fantastic for gravel/hybrid bikes

Morning fellow Andrew. Great video. I'm in Norwich from Thursday evening, it's my birthday too. Mrs has meetings on Friday, so I'm tagging along just so I can do this ride. You've inspired me 😂 from the end at Aylsford, I'm going to Happisburg too. My family, great great grandparents, were from Pennygate, Barton Turf, so I love Norfolk anyway. Watched loads of your vlogs, all of them are top quality. Thank you, & keep them coming 🤜🤛

Married? In an old train station? Whatever next! Another fascinating video Andrew, I love the old image overlays, very artistic.

Great video Andrew. I used to live in Drayton & regularly did the trip to Reepham station, or Dial House for a brew & cake. Recommend it to anyone once Norfolk reopens for visitors.

Thanks Mark. Watch out for the next video, when I ride through Reepham to Holt. Thanks for your support 👍🏼

Just came across this video. Great tour of Marriotts Way. One slight correction though... its "Lenwade"

I apologise! I am rubbish at Norfolk pronunciation 🤭

Great vid. I did Wroxam via Bure, then onto Marriots to Norwich a few weeksback.

Excellent choice. Yes, it's amazing how much off road there is between Wroxham and Norwich. Thanks for watching and your great support 👍🏼

Wow I've learned some interesting points of the Marriotts Way line that I never knew even though I'm a local to the area. I've ridden parts of the way but never the whole thing, another ride for my list in 2021. Another awesome video!

Great to hear! Thanks very much. Yes a lovely ride at any time of the year.

Very interesting video. Your local knowledge and love of where you live is amazing. You seem to like trains , not sure what music you like but you should give the band Eastfild a listen.

Thanks @Punk Hiker, yes I do secretly like trains! ☺️ I'm pleased my enthusiasm comes over for keeping active, local history and nature. I'll check out the music suggestion. ATB

I've learned some very intereting points following you on your journey. There seems to be quite a few locals watching this video. Maybe we should have a meet up one weekend and ride the trail together and get to know some of the other local cyclists.

Thank you for watching. I'm always ready to ride with others. I guess it just takes some organising. 🤞Next time I'm available I'll post on Facebook

Is this doable on a hybrid or would you say a mountain bike only? Great video, well put together.
@divum7 ай бұрын
In the drier months, you could do it on a hybrid easily. In the winter, it can get a bit soft and puddly in places. But worth a try!
