Payday 2 HACKER build in 2020. So many perk decks in Payday 2 and so many new and returning players. This video is showcasing an assault rifle and smg combination build in 2020.
Utilizing the high fire rate Clarion and Micro Uzi along with the Hacker perk deck to achieve a high dodge. So many hacker build variations and many different weapons to utilize. Some say that hacker is the best perk deck in Payday 2 and is overpowered, but if you're new to death sentence, try some of the best builds until it becomes easy!

Basically we use more skill to get one thing and to get sneaky bastard you have to ace (duck and cover , parkour , inner pockets) , shock proof is by it self just to get sneaky bast

Something I've been running is a turret build with the Union Rifle & Kobus 90. Both with quickreload mags. The idea behind it is that the ammo pick up is so damn good you don't use AP or silent turrets, bringing inspire and secondary medkits using Jack of all Trades instead. Acing the skills for the sentry shield, ammo capacity, and 3 extra sentries. Also maxed out Jokers with hostage taker aced. Been using Both Maniac and Grinder on this interchangeably, depending on if I'm carrying someone new and difficulty.

The problem with trying to have a build that can do stealth or loud is that all the weapons, perk decks, and difficulties have been balanced around players min maxing for either stealth or loud. If that weren't the case, then a build made for just one would breeze through these heists, balanced around players trying to have hybrid builds with skills and weapon choices trying to take two very different approaches in mind at once. So, OVK could balance around hybrid builds and let min-max builds for just one heist type absolutely stomp every heist, or they could balance around these min-max builds and let hybrid builds suffer in deliberate mediocrity. We know which they chose.

personally I love running brothers grimm with dragons breath, great damage output plus it goes through shields and the burn makes for a great crowd CC. super good concealment for two bigass bullpup shotguns which makes it refreshing to an ex rogue otp because it doesnt feel like your general concealment weapon like cavity or loco.

If you want a slightly more effective weapon, you can also swap the FAMAS (I forget what it's called in game) and use the Tempest-21 instead. Edit: You can also use the Kobus for a secondary if you want.

If youre still looking for some fun weapons that arent entirely meta. I really like the Union 5.56 in combination with a Grenade launcher (personal choice is the Chinapuff). It's what I use on Ex President and yeah. Other one is Any sniper with the Micro Uzi, use it less often but thats because its on a less viable build I use for fun when I need a switch up.

My favorite combo to run with Hacker is an AP Judge with the Clarion (mainly because I got nice skins for them :P). I boost the Clarion with Overkill Aced, Low Blow Basic, Unseen Strike Basic, and High Value Target. You end up with an unstoppable killing machine in your hands.

One of my Hacker sets uses the Dual Castiago revolvers and the compact grenade launcher, but I imagine you could use basically any dual pistol with it. Mainly I roll with the revolvers as my primary weapon, but when I need some dodge or health I'll throw out a few grenades. Best of all, while you won't achieve perfect concealment, you only lose one point of dodge without needing to ace Sneaky Bastard.

@@b33croft I've never had a huge problem with it. I imagine if it's that big of a deal, you could move a couple of points around to get the aced scavenger for extra ammo boxes. With the grenade launcher you shouldn't have too much trouble killing large groups of enemies and you certainly won't have much trouble running and grabbing the ammo.

Akimbo Czs. Pop Pecm and start peeking in and cover, aiming chest high and letting your recoil ease you into their heads. These two glorious pistols can also look any dozer except mini dozers in the eye and 100-0 them with relative ease, making it great for when youre backed against a wall by one. Secondary would be the 5/7 AP Pistol, this is your pocket sniper to deal with priority targets and your answer to riot shields. You can easily run ammo bags with bulletstorm or either doctor bags or medkits with inspire. This is my favorite build out of my few main builds and I find it hard to cope without my Pecm. Its just as you said. Swapping off a build without a throwable replacement after it becoming second nature is incredibly disorienting.

I got one... Car-4 combined with the Para Sub Machine gun. Both modded heavily for the maximum amount of concealment they can have. Which for the Car-4 is 26 while the Para is 29. This gives you combined with a 32 concealment melee a detection risk of 4. Downside is that they have only 52 and 44 accuracy respectively but they also do around 64 dmg which is the breakpoint for most normal enemies (According to Connor Shaw's Basic Build video.) On Death Sentence but overall, I really love the two together. Also if you hate the ironsights for your primary weapon, what you can do is instead use the 45 degree irons in combination of the compact holosight from the cartel pack. you gain an extra concealment doing it this way so if you have an assault primary you like but cannot stand their irons, just use this method. (Won't work on secondaries.)

i like running the Leubansager .308 sniper rifle with the Stryk 18c when i use Hacker. you hit in the ballpark of 20-24 concealment depending on mods, so get sneaky bastard and low blow aced.

I glanced over this Perk Perk so fast because I like my grenades when I need Area denial because I like crits and Compact GL just isnt compact enough for 5 Detection risk But with 75 max dodge(while Sprinting) and Health regen? Its says that," killing an enemy while the feedback or jamming effect is active will regen 20 health". So what if that feedback effect was from someone else. Would it still give you 20hp, or the normal 10hp. Or go nuts and give you 30hp

b33croft Thing is with the dual pistols the ammo pickup is 1.5 ish times that of the single, but firing he. One at a time means tha ammo is more than enough. Switch back to firing both for dozers and it works great for a dos dozers shredder as well as a main primary.

David Fallows just use the select fire button that you would usually use on a select fire assault rifle. It will saw 'burst' or 'single' next to the weapon in the bottom of the screen in game.

The hacker Perk deck is all about max efficiency in a quick moment so i recommend bringing destructive weapons such as LMGS if you fine to not care about concealment Akimbo Shotguns/SMG/Pistol are usually good crowd control's weapon, especially the akimbo shotguns! Assault Rifles are fine, as long they can keep up in fight with their magazine being high to last up to 6 seconds of shooting Shotguns arent bad if you choose the automatics one like the "thing" we all love.. ya know. and the big ol AA12, those arent bad choices Sniper rifles are the best Crowd Control weapon! land one headshot on a very huge crowd and let graze do its thing, Making it feel like hacking because everytime you headshot a crowd of cops close to eachother, its pretty much like an insta health regain

Poopoo, just like Jan's skill. I think that the ak 17 is a good ar with decent pick up rate. It has been my go to assault rifle ever since I got the UE. You should also turn on the little perk derk boxes with wolf hud so you can see like health regen, Dodge chance and other stuff like that

A weapon that i use religiously is the Peacemaker with some pistol skills. It can pop most helmets with one shot and the pistol skills help mitigate the slow as fuck reload time. I usually slap a shootout barrel and grand grip on that bitch, maybe throw on akimbo deagles or the steakout depending on my mood, and just go ham with it. That's for my dodge builds anyhow.

If you guys are just starting infamous and are at a decent level (1-50) here is a good hacker build that I am currently using Skills: in ammo specialist scavenger, portable saw aced, bullet storm, and extra lead aced In engineer third law, eco sentry, and jack of all trades aced In shinobi chameleon, sixth sense aced, cleaner, ecm overdrive aced, nimble aced, and ecm specialist aced In artful Dodger duck and cover, and parkour aced Then for guns throwable and equipment Primary: Akimbo Kross Vertex submachine guns Secondary: Locomotive 12G shotgun Melee: (if you want it to fit tech/ hacker vibe) eltrical brass knuckles or buzzer Throable: pocket ecm device Equipment with jack of trades on: ecm primary and ammo bag secondary. Also if you want a cool fitting mask I have two in mind 1. Arch nemesis with gun smoke and hexagons I recommend a lime and black color Or if you infamous 1 and not yet infamous 2 I really reccomend the spectre it's a cool fit to the tech vibe.

Would Hacker be better as a Stealth Deck or a Dodge Deck? I got the game on console about a week and a half ago and was trying to get one deck leveled for each Tank, Dodge and Stealth. My ideas were Stoic, Sicario and Hacker.

I just started playing to try harder and researched, came up with a build, after considering many different things and talking to other players, I use the Stryk 18c and izhma, both modded to have more conceal, I'm on 0 infamy, I play on mayhem when loud and it's kinda easy so I moved to deathwish recently, ik its shameful but gimme a break, I picked up the game after not playing for a year. I used to use the car4 and union 5.56 but now I learned to prefer the izhma, don't have a lot of dlcs, now I'm looking to get another deck, still wanna stay on dodge because I like the playstyle and I'm immune to bullshit so I don't mind the rng of dodging, I didn't know how to use ecms properly before getting into researching and watching KZbin, so thanks for the build, I'll try it, I don't quite have 100 levels yet but I'm like level 91 or so so it should be fine

Just started playing payday 2 which is the best solo build that is easy to use and makes it to where you never need First Aid Kits or Doctor Bags? I been leveling up Rogue but I’m thinking of changing to upgrade hacker, I barely reached level 50 and I tried stoic but I was just always losing health and I feel like switching and trying hacker because people say rogue is trash

It depends if you can get better skills with the points you would use for optical illusions aced. 1 dodge isn’t an amazing upgrade so if you can get something better I’d say do that

I dislike the missed opportunity for Hacker. It should be revolving around, well, hacking. Breaching computer security to get past objectives or make them easier, using malware to muck up systems, and ruining communications. Not slamming down ECM feedback. It's certainly good, but it's not hacker-y.

Wait people still use the locomotive? For real tho, the minigun with Crits and the Heather, both single and Akimbo, are some personal faves. Great guns, fun to use as a break from auto shottys.
