200 cedes is freaking expensive. I got my hair taken down, washed and braided for 100 cedis - same as yours but tinier. They did a fantastic job too. Please don't do your hair in east lagon. That's where a lot of foreigners live so they charge higher.

Based on cost of living in Ghana, 200 GhC is expensive. At least for this braids 50 or 60 GHC is a reasonable price. The next time I visit Ghana, I would rather go to the local market to get it braids for 50 GHC or do it on my own.

Great. I rented a guesthouse for a month in Dzorwolu but after being overcharged, the apartment was broke down, filthy with plumbing & air conditioner problems. Now I'm coping with hotel prices in Owsu for too long so there is no money to travel to other regions smh. At least I may be able to get my hair braided at Tilly's.

I had my hair done at Tillys. The service was terrible and they charged me 400 cedis even though I brought my hair. Not impressed at all. Don't go there for kinky twists they really only specialise in braiding

I think it's absolutely adorable... I didn't know how cute they were til I moved here 5 weeks ago... Now I go out and feed them from time to time. Leave the damn goats alone. They're not bothering anyone or minding your business, so don't mind theirs.
