Hi Patricia! This is a great question however it really does depend on how you answer the next few questions. Does your hair feel super dry after a week, or after 2 weeks? Does your scalp feel super dry or flaky or has product build up after a week or two weeks? What hair troubles are most concerning for you right now? Your answers to these questions will help inform how often you should wash and deep condition your hair.
