Ingredients you'll need:
1 Skinned Halibut Steak (400g)
2 Tbsp of butter
2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
3 slices of lemon
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp of lemon juice
2 Tbsp of capers
3 Tbsp of fresh flat leaf parsley
salt
pepper

I’ve made this recipe multiple times now and it’s the bomb! I go heavy on fresh herbs out of the garden; thyme, dill, rosemary, basil. I serve with pasta, marinara, and garlic bread. It is better than high end restaurant!

@@TasteSpell I am a commercial baker by trade and one thing about this recipe - its PROCESS is what makes it. Searing the fish first, removing it and then creating the 'sauce' just sets this apart. Before this I could not figure out why all of my sautéed fish was oily and overcooked. I did this with chicken too and it worked nicely. Thanks so much.
