Informative Video.. I am using the HighActivity rope.. It is really good.. also using the Sangine.. in my case Sanguine Rope just broke in 3-4 months and Highactivity im using about 2 years.. also i think there is some confusion as i checked my heavy rope it has bearings inside.. i checked the amazon also.. The highactivity heavy rope has bearing in it.. i havent used the wxws rope.. overall simple and great video..
