Thanks for the build, managed to kill the last boss at level 32, quite undergeared too since most items were from mobs 13 levels higher than me and my only death in the entire playthrough was on the last boss, killed it on the second attempt

This is what I've been using, except instead of Lightning Spear, Frost Nova (Vulnerable). It's much more satisfying to freeze and the pop a pack, plus the vulnerable on bosses as well, and if you hit enough times throughout the fight with it, you eventually can stagger the boss. Works on world bosses too.

Same. Frost nova to freeze and make vulnerable. Then hit them with everything. And FN had got me out of a few tight spots

@@thomassturgess6198 I don't think I can play any Sorcerer build now without it. Not because of what it actually does (which is great), but the feedback you get when you freeze and then explode/shatter enemies is just amazing feedback. I recently got an amulet that gives you an additional charge of FN, but increases the recharge time by 25%. It's more than worth the trade off, and you pretty much never feel like you're waiting around for a charge.

I started on tier 2 as lightning sorcerer. Lightning crit chance, lucky hit chance n stun build. So far i have no problem maybe because of most of my gear have crit chance

Really Nice Build! I love the stunaspect which leads into damage- but how works this build with bossfights? And is there a version without using Arclash as an activeskill? I really would like to play a ranged build

you can use spark if you dont like ark lash. i didnt like it at first either. i only started liking it after i got to the later stages of the build so i understand. and as far as bosses go you will still be doing tons of damage with your ult not to mention your shield will let you not take damage. if you need to play range more you can as well but your ult will pretty much shred bosses.

Last question, with all the stuns going on, what do you think of swaping the fireball enchantment for the charged bolt enchantment which gives you 40% chance to spawn 3 of them when an enemy is stunned + are you also leveling later on the passive which increases your lucky hit chance by 5%? Hydra is still really good choice, especially paired with Blizzard/Frozen Orb.

I use this build too with Enhancement Frost orb and flame bolt you put the whole screen on burning and 20% chance to cast Frost orb when casting Blizzard, Hydra, Frost orb or Frost shield. Burning is for fiercy surge and warmth.

Elemental Attunement + Convulsions are both Lucky Hits. You only have a chance (based on used skill + gear) to land a Lucky Hit, and then, this Lucky Hit has still to crit, or am I wrong?

You're not using that near as much as your other skills. Its a filler skill whenever you're on cooldowns and need some range.

Frost is actually stronger, but until you get enough cooldown reduction and mana cost reduction it's actually slower. You'll always have mana problems early on with it. Frost is the spec to go for though once you start getting better gear. Super late (level 100 + uber gear) fire might pull ahead, but right now Lit for leveling, Frost for grinding T3/T4.

Sorc leveling doesnt feel as good as it has in the past betas and content, barb felt worse but more rewarding i think before that. WW Barb seems really good rn tho. Im gonna stick with the sorc tho idk why everyone keeps picking all these short term skills and synergies. Yall sleeping on almost entirely skipping the conjuration and core skills meta rn. Or the 1 pt fire arrow can be fun for enchant too.
