This is season is so forgotten. Like Pronger casually carried the 1st ever 8th seed to the Stanley Cup Finals and it doesn’t get talked about enough.

Horcoff, Pisani, Roloson were great in the playoffs too. Oilers had a deep roster that year, I still believe if Roli stayed healthy they would’ve been the first 8th seed to win it. Great memories from 2006, hopefully McD, Drai and the Oilers get there this year

For all the years that the Old Boys Club has given us crappy trades etc., this one lone, sole year they actually did it right. This time had all the right elements but the Hockey Gods were not smiling on us that year.

He was specially great at keeping the cheerleaders happy. Too bad his wife didn't agree with it. Instead of getting a divorce the Oilers had to trade him for peanuts. Dumbest deal ever.
