@ctvqxakatheone544711 ай бұрын
@shrawankumarthapa4957 probably cause you're doing it wrong, usually you should feel alot of sting like feelings in your abs doing these workouts, I started doing them a few days ago and they give me a burn everytime, u should try to focus more on movement than muscle activation, cause if u perfect the movement your body automatically knows which muscle to use and for these it uses your abs more than your hip flexors which is good so just work on your movement for example don't slide ur leg using ur thigh and hip flexors, try and push your butt up so that it uses the abs, not sliding the leg, but keep ur weight on ur leg too (this is for the last 2 workouts)

Jeff: This is the best workout. I workout 5 days a week with 2 days of rest for the past 2.5 years. I've incorporated your 10 minute ABS workout ( AB Halo, Frog Crunches and the Obliques) unfortunately I couldn't complete the last two exercises in your video as I have undergone 2 total knee replacements plus Open Heart Surgery to install a mechanical Value. I find those two floor exercises a bit out of my comfort zone. I have incorporated 50 sit ups plus 60 minutes on my stationary bike for a total of 12.5 miles which completes my exercise routine. I was 194 lbs, and now from working out I'm 166 and I'm actually starting to see some signs of AB's, which I haven't seen since I was a teenager. @Littlebpaulmuller-Owner2 жыл бұрын
@@o4o450 1. Your body doesn't get an update every year like a software. All of Jeff abs videos work, no matter how old. 2. There are other videos you can also do at home, not just this one.

Challenging for a beginner! Going to implement this twice a week for sure. Tip: if you’re doing this and you don’t want to take off your shoes for the last two exercises, I found that using a piece of cardboard under my feet allowed for practically zero friction on my 3/4” high density foam floor matting. I also used cardboard in this fashion for the corrective exercise in the APEX leg routine. Try it out!

Like this format a lot better than your other 10m ab exercise. Would just suggest that you add a sound effect for the transition between rest period and the start of next exercise, and a count down sound effect for last 3-5 seconds so we know when we're getting close! Helps when you're not actively looking at the video while doing the exercises

I've been here for 5 days now and it's been getting very easy to do this workout for just 1 mins so I'm now doing for every 2mins and bro!! I'm starting to see my abs!! Edit : 2 weeks have passed although I could see my abs a little bit, I still have lots of fats Edit2 : I feel like I'm not improving so I started doing cardios and I hope it's effective. Edit3 : 3 weeks have passed now and the results look the same as 2 weeks ago🙃🙃, I'm starting to lose motivation to continue this plan but I'm going to continue this for 1 month I hope I got better results.

More Workouts like these, please! I like the videos where Jeff goes over the workout, but working out with Jeff at the same time is much better, and more motivating!!!! (Ex: 10min Bicep Dumbell Workout. Jeff takes 5min to go over the whole workout, and then we get the rest 10min of Jeff working out through the workout, and us doing so with him! )

This was great especially for my old ass. Your videos are helping me get back into working out after these psss, nearly 3 F N yrs of BS isolation. My health severely got worst physically, mentally and emotionally and I used to be a 6x a week gym person. I’ve gotten rid of some serious negative influences like watching news cause it was strongly negative and even re shuffled my friends (more positive views people). I’m 52 and I thank you for keeping you work videos informative, creative, touch of the old school. Like back in the days of GoldsGym.

This is my favorite ab workout right now due do its ability to target each major ab region (relentlessly!) without allowing compensator muscles to take the load off and fatigue before the abs do. I do this workout regularly and it's still punishing (but only to the abs! not back, hip flexors, etc)

excellent stuff, thanks Jeff. Managing to do a workout every morning has really improved my overall fitness and strength, but the key to that has been duration of workout. I only have 15 to 20 mins every morning, so this type of workout is perfect for me. At 57 years old, I'm now in the best shape I've ever been, though I'm not saying what the previous shape was : )

This is EXCELLENT. I now realize how reliant I've been on my hip flexors. I like the format. Short rest period between movements with explanation. The 1 minute idea works out well for me. I'm going to stick with this one for quite a while even though I typically change it up daily. I can feel the difference after just having finished this for the first time.
