1:35 i totally agree. i just started airsoft for the past year and i’ve been testing a whole bunch of maple leaf buckings because everyone simply told me to use them. I tried 70 and 60 degree mr hop, autobot, deception, 2021, 2019, and 2023 versions with the omega nub and their crazyjet barrel. but it just doesn’t work. yeah the bb may shoot far, but it always curves left, right, up, down, but not straight. And then I realized that the stock tokyo marui hop up was shooting better then the maple leaf the whole time, aside for underhopping heavy bbs… And I realized that 6.08mm inner barrels and bigger are 100s times more accurate then crazyjet rightnores and the pdi w hold even though it’s 15 years old still works better then the maple leaf

I use a WA based gun with metal feed lips and have had the same nozzle for a year and it has almost zero wear on the nozzle guide arm or the rubber or chamber !

Hey man, awesome explanation. Is this still your recommended bucking for GBBRs ? I'm really struggling with hop inconsistency and vertical deviation. I have tried many different things always.
@wyz2285 Жыл бұрын
Generally yes this is my go to bucking. However Maplyleaf chambers are made for Maple leaf buckings and they are 1mm shorter than standard buckings so this would not fit in a ML chamber.

@wyz2285 do you think this bucking can lift .32s with overhopping ? The problem I have right now with my GBBR is that the hop is too sensitive, and the amount of hop I must apply is veery minuscule.
@wyz2285 Жыл бұрын
@@peter11256 I definitely can overhop 0.32. But won't solve your sensitivity issue.
@peter11256 Жыл бұрын
@@wyz2285 I was actually wondering if it can lift .32 withOUT overhopping it. Sorry about the typo. Do you know what can be done to decrease hop sensitivity ? I've heard that softer nubs, smaller contact patches, H / V nubs can help with that..

What nub did you use in your scar with this bucking? The traditional roller or a concave nub like the maple leaf

Hi, what do you think about the new silicone Maple Leaf buckings? They are the older decepticon/autobot design, but are from silicone (they have this see through look to them).
@wyz22854 жыл бұрын
About time they actually do something useful. Generic speaking, yes they car better than the out of the bucking you get.

Don't use this bucking with any VFC MP5, the MP5 has pinched a hole through two of these buckings and I got a pretty bad jam the tor the bottom of the bucking. They are too wide to fit perfectly inside the hop-unit of the VFC MP5

What hardness do you recommend? I'm using a TM MWS, 320 fps with 0.32g bb, also 380fps with 0.20g fps. Thank you.
