Hi Sir, Basis upon your review, I have bought two Panasonic hot & cold AC last year, but I felt their service is just horrible. Or maybe I bought it through Croma and they had arranged some 3rd party service partners of Panasonic. My installation experience was horrible and I feel their customer service interface is also horrible. Can you please share the contacts details of Panasonic service centre guys they serve in Noida. No use of buying 3 star ACs. Mostly we run ACs in summer and cold ACs are easily available in 5 star rating. It will consume a lot more electricity in summers. Summer period is almost from March to Sept i.e. around 7 months. And heater is only needed in 2 months i suppose

Hey brother I need your help: as per your recommendation we bought Panasonic Split (CS/CU-NU18ZKY5W) ac. Since installation we are facing issues. Its wifi is not connecting and ac is not giving cold air at all. I mean the way you suggested it it can cool area that big as you shown in the video. It is not even cooling the 5 foot coverage area. We tried contacting customer service, they are not sending anybody home for help and said you got ac installed from an outside technician we can't do anything. I hope this is not the case.
