@@TJAngela I'll summarise things up. Overall it's really worth the price. Cooling is at it's best, the Miraie app is soo good that I never use the remote. Quiet mode is really silent. Like everything is soo good that you'll love it. But there's three main issue I found out. The AI mode in the app is not stable and I won't recommend turning it on ever. When it's on, yes it works so good. But it bugs the app, so even if it's off the AC changes it's temprature automatically and you have to delete your account to fix it. Because everything is on cloud. 2nd is with Google Home app, I connect my Miraie account but somehow it automatically reconnects to Home after every 2-3 days and so it gets removed from the assigned room. But still you can control it through assistant perfectly. Third, there's a Lil cracking sound whenever you suddenly switch to low temperature. It comes from the vents on few seconds interval for few minutes. Actually mine sound has start decreasing as AC gets old so maybe something new parts getting settled. After all this, do I recommend? Definitely I love this. And I guarantee you'll too. Add any doubt if you have.

Been using Panasonic ACs since 2021 and no matter how much you think it's gimmicky, their Alexa/Google integration and especially the MirAI schedules are THE BEST things I've seen in an AC. It's just so much more of a convenient that I don't even care where my AC remote is because I never use it! Went ahead and bought my 2nd AC as Panasonic too for my 2nd bedroom earlier this year, replacing my 15+ year old Voltas AC. It's an absolute beast and now I have 2 of these! ❤

Very poor customer support and service from Panasonic here in silicon valley of India. But no I don’t have any issues with AC, happy with performance.

Copper tube bending need to be done using bending tool, not hand. Need to use vaccum pump. Install outdoor in shade, in a bracket to avoid angle.

Sir, I highly suggest that you also include aftersales service part of the companies as a distinguished factor, because once the ACs starts malfunction, the service of the company comes into picture, for instance, how long it would take for them to repair it, any additional cost that it might incur, spare parts availability etc.

The main things what we need is a good compressor, a reliable outdoor unit..... features is some ac are like toys which we do not use throughout our life.... i have seen the outdoor coil of voltas, samsung, and daikin.... out of these i think DAIKIN IS THE BEST in this price point....if u want to buy anyother ac than daikin blindly go for SAMSUNG. ...if u want something cheaper than blindly go for VOLTAS🎉❤

It helped me a lot while selecting the AC. 😊 Just an additional feedback for new buyers when I ordered panasonic AC in Delhi even after 6 days no one contacted me for installation even if tried to reach out to them they didn't helped me much, eventually after so much struggle I returned the AC and got LG the same day and next day morning it was installed.

After using, Voltas, Bluestar, Carrier, Panasonic and LG, I can tell you nothing is better than an LG AC. For one season some other AC may give you better results but LG AC will give you consistent results for many many years. Superb performance and very very long lasting.

Please make a video on outdoor unit noise comparison. I had to return this Panasonic AC because the outdoor unit was too noisy and the brand was not helping.
