I would like to clarify that hot and cool ac are not much costly now as compared to conventional ac and you can judge yourself by visiting amazon and the site of ac manufacturer. They have sliced almost 50% of the previous cost and it is almost 4-5K more than normal ac. So any one who is planning to buy ac for next summer can buy it. Thanks too for your valuable review.

Thanks for your continued support and thanks for watching the video too. As far as your query is concerned both window and split AC have their own pros and cons. Window AC is slightly cheaper than split AC and are easy to maintain and service but their cooling is some what localised for initial hr of its start. While split AC are a bit costlier than windows and complicated to install and service but their cooling distribution is uniform in entire room. One small bit of tip regarding electricity consumption of windows and split AC is that split AC consumes a bit more electricity than window AC because some cooling is lost in between connecting pipe of indoor and outdoor unit and the compressor of ac has to work additionally to compensate. Up to some extent you are right but now these air conditioners have come up in the market with improved technology. Main design bottleneck was good reversal valve which changes the air conditioners mode from hot to cool. Now the engineer s have better performing reversal valve incorporated in the system. One more thing which I would like to mention here that these air conditioners demand at least two service in a year because they run continuously round the year. This may be the reason for more people not opting this ac. However companies have slashed almost 50% cost and these ac are coming at almost same price as of conventional ac.
