I build it but Iron Golems don't spawn. I did 2 things different from you. 1. I Trapped all the villager in their cages as Baby and not as adults and 2. I think they arent connected to their beds.

The villagers need to work at their job stations for the golems to spawn and baby’s can’t work

But its not nearly 10k per hour bro youre math is not mathin, a campfire hit takes 1 heart from the golem and that fella got 50 What means that it takes about 50 seconds or more depending on

if they get evey hit what means even if the golems spawning pauseless they can only drop 3-5 ingots per golem 16-20 in 1 minute 960-1080 per hour but the golems arent spawning pauseless so the rate is about 8 stacks (512) an hour You can increase the rate by killing the golems faster with a 3x3 trident killer

Guys because you build it in different chunks since 1.21 in bedrock you need your workstation bed and villager in one chunk because if you dont it never works because of New bedrock spawn mechanics
