This iron farm works on 1.20 & 1.21 Minecraft Bedrock (MCPE,Consoles,Windows) You can also use just 10 villagers for this iron farm and upgrade to 20 or 30 whenever you want to as shown in the video. 😄

Works on Bedrock as of 7/12/2024 (2:00am CST)... I made my spawning platform one block wider to make killing area 2 wide, with 2 hoppers underneath (the rest of my base in that area is centered on 2 blocks) Good tutorial! (I did tame 5 cats and place them around the perimeter)

You can put a campfire on the hoppers to kill the cats and get string from them.

It worked amazingly, it got 1 stack in 3-5 minuites... A reason why golems aren't spawning is because of cats. So tame 5 cats abd put them on the borders so no cats spawn and the farm works its best.. It works its best in the day

I found one of the solutions of irons golems aren’t spawning. Make sure to relink the villagers by removing the beds and fletching tables from the farm. Then place the beds first and finally the fletching tables. NOTE: do not do this at night, for some reason the farm will not work if you try this at night

Took alot of time to get 30 villagers but wasn't so hard since I have a villager breeder and skeleton spawner farm to get bones. The amount of iron I get is good as well, the only problem I think that is slowing down the rates is villagers linking and unlinking to beds. I also tamed 4 cats so no more cats are spawning, but other than the bed issue, this farm is working greatly

If you put the hopper one block lower then place a campfire on top of it the cats will fall in and die to the campfire and they will drop string

this farm used to work great but then suddenly stopped working. all fletching tables and beds are connected and such and i followed the top comments recommendation of taming 5 cats. just stopped spawning golems one day

So, I've tried an Iron farm similar to this one and I've found that putting the villagers job blocks at their eye level does not work. There may have been a time when this still did work but as far as I can tell threw my own testing. Currently you have too put the job block at villager leg level. hope this helps anyone having trouble with this one.

Didn’t work at first but after I built stairs to the beds so the villagers can sleep and added more walls/ ceiling to keep them in the farm, tamed 5 cats around the farm and added a zombie with a name tag surrounded by fence INSIDE the farm so the villagers get scared . The Golems started spawning in like crazy

If you don’t want to move 30 villagers into the farm, you can take to give them 64 bread or put in a wheat farm as in replace the layer where the villagers are at with dirt also a cat farm awesome

Works on bedrock Note: i changed the design slightly, i put the villagers in little boxes, seperated by iron doors, made them clerica so i can trade rotten flesh from my gold farm so that might influence the efficiency but i am still getting aboit 7 stacks every 1-1.5hours

Though as other comments suggest taming 5 cats might be a good idea they are getting stuck on the hopper, constantly pushing the golems out of the lava, potentially slowing down the process

Why does it work in my test creative world but not survival. Built it the same. Although I didn't get green particles on the last work station. No way that affects the farm to generate 0 golems right? Plus, they keep giving bad particles and green particles over and over again on the beds. What's going on there?

The last workstation should show green particles. Else it won't work Either the no. Of villagers or workstations are incorrect or the villager is already linked to another workstation nearby

Whether this was the reason or not, I bred villagers until I had close to 30, not exactly 30, and after they were grown to adult, I went back and broke all the beds and replaced them one by one, same with the fletching tables. After that, it started spawning golems two at a time sometimes. Thanks for the design walk-through and the reply. You're the best! Not sure exactly why what I did worked, but maybe it showed the green particles and I didn't noticed when I had broke and replaced everything

Best method is to make the villager roof start at ground level and dig out the rest of the build.

Be warned that librarian and farmers won't work during rain which will cause golems to not spawn. I'd suggest smokers as a cheap and easy to mass workplace
