Hi Mazal Tov.. a little belated but if the family who made this special wedding sees this, please find me and let me know where the wedding party got some of these gowns..I want a modest gown that is fashionable like the pink flowing skirt and white top at about 9 min or 9.01 in the video for I am a mother of a young bride having trouble finding a modest (tzneeut) but attractive looking light colored gown for her wedding right after Pesach. C Den The veil is a tradition dating back to the Marriage of Jacob. The walking over the spoon is to symbolize that we believe that G-d has blessed us with everything we need for life, that we can even walk over a silver spoon.
