This is a nice program because the closest doctor that does neurofeedback therapy is an hour and 15 minutes away. If my therapist I'm seeing for the first time and medication if need be doesn't work well for my anxiety, I'll have to give this a chance.

i tried this, im in my 7th session so i have about 20-30 sessions to go. i asked my therapist about the specific type of neurofeedback that you guys use and he said there is a new method which works faster and that is what im using. i struggle with adhd. i will probably post the results when im done.

The "new" method is likely LENS neurofeedback. It's not new, though.

It looks like to me, you learned how to get your way when you were a kid and were very undisciplined. As an adult this carried over into focusing on pleasure and blocking drudgery. This became your pattern. Hopefully, this will help you develope better patterns.

Yes I eliminated sugar, grains and eat low carb diet and my brain waves still showed I had high theta waves in frontal cortex. I’m going to start cutting Out dairy to help as well
