Got it Im not that new, but we play more 40k than killteam, so i dont even know if theres a meta. Good chance to run into shooty teams, so i think ill go with 10 stealers; or if everyone is playing more casual a 5stealers and a gunner/2fighters killteam. And just give 1apl to the gunner to climb up, shoot, climb down every turn hahahaja

What about the swarm fire team? Any advice for using those or are they just not viable compared to warriors and genestealers

Kill team for me is for fun so anything is viable, but if you want to play a tyranid team that will compete against the better olayers at your LGS, the genestealers are borderline oppressive with their concealment special rule. Swarm good for fun/casual games

As someone who's played a couple mixed Nid games, here's my input: Generally double Genes or Gene/Warriors is the strongest. You only want Swarm (Hormagants, skip the Termies) and Warriors for Horde teams (guard, demons, etc) Gene/Warriors are the best all around, double Genes for Into the Dark or situational games (but nearly as good as Gene/Warriors) Double Warriors is only viable against something like Custodes or certain Intercessor teams to soak up the wounds

Yeah, 3,35 hits per attack. With 5 dice it is approx. 80ish % to get at least one 6. On average.
