What I love about RRC is that they always put their best foot forward and their homes have the best finishes. I’ve seen these houses by other dealers and the difference is night and day. RRC always features their closets with wood shelves and wood rods in every closet and pantry linen closet wharever no tacky wire racks that you see from their competitors they also have crown molding in all the rooms standard and the greatest feature walls they offer this house with all the perks for 129k where their competitor offer it for 179k with wire shelving no feature walls no crown molding no cabinet height windows in the kitchen cheap trim just stapled to the walls as quickly as they could put it up and fake wood rooms that are dry walled taped and plastered but not with bullnose corners and not in every room in the house you just get the main living areas plastered if you want your bedrooms and baths plastered it’s extra mr Tiny is the greatest and his home are the cream of the crop I can only imagine what his upgrades could be.

Cute home. "Tiny" you have to show ALL closet spaces when trying to entice moms. The non master bedrooms were a good size, BUT, were the closet spaces sufficient? Mom's care about these issues. P.s. I love this house, but did I miss something? I didn't see a toilet in that beautiful master bathroom. The only thing I would add is shelving on both sides of the fireplace.
